David Richardson
A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Horticulture, David Richardson is Director of Horticulture for the Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC). The CWGC has a global horticulture workforce of over 850, operating in over 150 countries. The Commission has a reputation for great standards and as it enters its second century is grappling with the challenges of sustainability, an ageing workforce and clear evidence of changing weather patterns upon worldwide historic estate. David will share the lessons that have been learned and the highs and lows of the past year operating in the midst of the global pandemic.
