The RHS, Grow and The Green Estate invite you to Diversity in Horticulture: Improving Inclusive Employment Pathways, a free one-day event at The Green Estate, Sheffield.This symposium aims to promote diversity within the horticultural field by connecting regional work-based training providers with employers in the North of England.
The day will feature active discussions on attracting and employing various groups of people with diverse characteristics,including age, ethnicity, and neurodiversity, led by experienced facilitators who will encourage active participation and dialogue among attendees.
