The RHS wants to inspire everyone to grow and the RHS Flourish Fund is part of our pledge to attract and support a wider range of people to work in horticulture. With a commitment of £150,000, consisting of grants up to £15,000, the RHS Flourish Fund aims to support organisations across the UK that are assisting individuals to enter a career within the professional horticultural industry.
If your organisation, including those in the voluntary, community or social enterprise sector, has horticulture at its heart and offers quality training leading to a horticultural qualification, then the RHS Flourish Fund could be a fantastic opportunity for you.
We would particularly welcome applications from organisations that are currently helping to, or would like to, improve diversity and social inclusion within horticulture and that can demonstrate how the skills and training they offer can create onward opportunities for work experience, further training and employment.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept applications from mainstream educational establishments and organisations that have received any of the following in 2022: RHS Community Environment Grant, RHS Connected Communities Grant and RHS Community Wellbeing Grant.
The deadline for applications to the RHS Flourish Fund is midnight, Friday 27 May 2022 and full details, can be found here.
